Refund and Returns Policy

During our sales period like (Black Friday), we don’t accept Return, Exchange or Make Refund. Please take note. All item purchased during sales period doesnt qualify for our return or exchange.

Return

Cura Wears is committed to 100% wow experience and regret any displeased towards your order. If something is not quite right, you may initiate a return within 48hours of receipt of item(s) via your account on our website, email or our social media platform.

When returning an item ensure item(s) is/are in a re-sellable state and in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages or stain. In the case of an item which is damaged, worn or returned without its associated packaging, Cura Wears reserves the right to refuse the return of your order.

Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you on received of item and status of your return request.

Exchange

Cura Wears reserve the right to process of any exchange for any item purchased from us.

In a case where a defected or wrong item or size is delivered to you, we shall solely be responsible for delivery cost. If otherwise, customer shall be responsible for shipping and delivery fee for exchange or return based on wrong size or any other by customer. That if item(s) is found to be in the original condition it was delivered initially and our team find it deem.

Please note, return or exchange find deem can only be made to same product category or product with same cost.

Refunds:                  

We currently don’t make refund either for change of mind, late payment for sold-out item or any the case maybe. Fund can only be transferred into your wallet/account with us for future purchase.

Timeline for Return or Exchange Processing

You are to notify our team within 48hours of receipt and 7days for received at our warehouse / office. Any time later than this we won’t be able to process such exchange or return.

Is there anything I can’t return / exchange? 

We do not accept returns or exchange the following items:

  1. Any Printed Products (such as t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt etc..) as designs are printed upon customer request.
  2. Custom Size  / Order
  3. Underwear Garment, Caps & Socks
  4. Products on Sales.
  5. Item worn, stained or any we find deem.
